5. Orders & Payments

• Orders can be placed through our online shop.
• Prices are displayed in EUR, inclusive of applicable taxes unless otherwise stated.
• We accept payment by direct bank transfer only. We do not currently accept card payments or other online payment methods.

6. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship products to the address provided at checkout.

• Customers are responsible for any import duties, taxes, or customs fees that may apply in their destination country.

7. Returns & Refunds

• Due to the nature of cosmetics and supplements, products can only be returned if unopened, unused, and sealed in their original packaging.
• Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.
• Refunds will be processed once returned products are inspected.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
